Third-Party Mediation Services

As a practicing attorney, you know how quickly contested matters can escalate in time and expense. We serve as your neutral partner — handling the mediation while you continue to advocate for your client.

You stay as the attorney of record. We remain 100% neutral. You receive a detailed settlement memorandum or memorandum of understanding for easy incorporation into final agreements.

Key Benefits for You and Your Clients:

  • Higher Settlement Rates – Most cases resolve in one to three focused sessions.
  • Significant Time Savings – Avoid drawn-out discovery battles, multiple hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Cost Control – Mediation is far less expensive than full litigation for your clients (and reduces your unbillable coordination time).
  • Preserved Relationships – Especially valuable in cases involving children or ongoing co-parenting.
  • Confidentiality – Everything discussed remains private and inadmissible in court.
  • Flexibility – Virtual Zoom mediations accommodate busy schedules and out-of-county parties with no travel required.
